This NVAC Briefing will bring you the latest news and developments within DVA and provide you with the current status of issues this Council is currently addressing. Here is clarification from AFGE General Counsel confirming that IT IS NOT A HOAX!

“Yes, the case is legitimate. It is the one on our web and the VA attorney made an huge mistake. Members should be advised to go on our website and file their claims. Over 10,000 have been filed.  This website is not a scam!”
